With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harlen Patrick (Crestview, Florida), who passed away on September 15, 2018 at the age of 9. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by his parents, his two brothers, and an incredibly supportive family made of numerous grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
