He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bright and Evelyn Jeanette Brannon; and his brother Steve Brannon. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Ruiz Brannon; his children, Kelly Fairfield, Bernard Turko (Debbie), James Brannon, Gina Tobin (Craig), George Stephenson, Elizabeth Stephenson and Mellanie Brannon; and his sister Janet Christmus. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
