He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Scott and Fred Briggs. He is survived by: his children, Hal of Virginia Beach, VA and Pam (David Milne) of Shalimar, FL; his grandchildren, Nicole, Rebecca, Bradly and Ella Grace; his great grandchildren, Colton, Addsion, Forest and Bailey; and his sister Mollie Oswald. He is also survived by nieces and extended family and dear friends.
