She was predeceased by: her husband Dewaine McCullar. She is survived by: her children, Michael McCullar (Lisa), Patty Schmitt Chappell and Susan Codone (George); her sisters, Betty Nix Jackson and Ann McConnell (Gene); her grandchildren, Mallory McCullar Williams (Josh), Jake McCullar, Heather Schmitt (Nathan Barnes), Carly Chappell, Erin Codone, Bryn Codone and Connor Codone; and her great grandchild Rylee Schmitt.
