He is survived by: his parents, Elgin Arthur Duley II and Myra Duley; his fiancée Rhonda Smith; his children, Tyler Duley and Cheyanna Smith; and his siblings, Jacob Duley and Rebecca Saucier. He is also survived by several Aunts and Uncles, extended family, and many many friends.
