He is survived by: his wife Mary Forehand; his sons, Mark Forehand (Sheron), Todd Forehand (Amy) and Scott Forehand (Jennifer); his siblings, Sonny Forehand (Carolyn), Allen Forehand (Sharrel), Paul Forehand (Vicki), Faye Pierce (Charles) and Robbie Hendrix (Malcolm); his grandchildren, Caleb Forehand, Seth Forehand, Drew Forehand, Kristen Vera (Jon), Valerie Smith (Will), Matthew Klein and Madison Forehand; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Powers, Ashley Powers and Hayden Vera.
