He is survived by: his significant other Camisha Riggs; his children, Tennia, Taniquia Riggs, Aaron Miller, Dominique Robinson-Riggs, Earnest Lee "Ernie" Riggs, III, Quiandre "Keke" Richardson and Keontae Riggs; his mother-in-law Juanita Payne; and his siblings, Julie Gomez, Erlicia Brumfield-Riggs (New Orleans), Frederick Riggs (Elisha), Jeremy Riggs (Latosha) and Jamie Riggs.
