He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Kolb (Cheryl), Shelia Carrell (Steve) and Anita Beets (Chuck); his children, Jeramey Kolb (Emily), Mandy Kolb and Eric Kolb; his grandchildren, Nicholas Mattingly, Colin Ball and Jakob Kolb; and his great grandchild Mayson Mattingly. He is also survived by children and one perfect child.
