With heavy hearts, we announce the death of DeLeon Edward Ward of Crestview, Florida, born in Andalusia, Alabama, who passed away on January 26, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Foman Ward and Martha Ward; his daughter Emma June Campbell; his wife Virginia; and his sons, Fred Anthony "Buzz" Ward and Joseph Dale Ward.
He is survived by: his brother William Charles Ward of Maynardville, TN; his daughters, Rose Marie Ward of Mobile, AL and Chris Lorraine Steverson (Dan) of Crestview, FL; and his daughter-in-law Jackie Crabtree Ward of Mossy Head, FL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 6 great greatgrandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and extended family.
