He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Yarbrough; his parents, Charlie Yarbrough and Clarence Yarbrough; and his siblings, Henry Yarbrough, Harvey Yarbrough, Charlie "Sam" Yarbrough, Richard "Dick" Yarbrough, Tommy Yarbrough, Doris Nibblett, Nelda Glaze, Betty Bauer and Mary McPherson.
He is survived by: his sons, David L. Yarbrough (Tammy) and Mark Yarbrough; his grandchildren, Shannon Hubbert (Jordan), Joshua Yarbrough (Natosha) and Jared Yarbrough; and his great grandchildren, Laci Hubbert and Haley Hubbert.
