He was predeceased by: his father Willie Charles Kilpatrick. He is survived by: his mother Frances Kilpatrick; his sister Lisa Dianne Stack (Mike); his wife Wanda J Kilpatrick; his sons, Joseph B and Travis C Kilpatrick; and his grandson Charles B Kilpatrick. He is also survived by four nieces, four nephews, nine great-nieces and four great-nephews.
