He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburt "Jimmy" James and Esther Hertel James. He is survived by: his wife Karen Addis James; his children, Jennifer James (Chris Campbell) of Albuquerque, NM, Jeremy James (Joanna) of Austin, TX and Robert Kimbrell (Lara) of Pensacola, FL; his grandchildren, Lukas, Alexander James, Robby and Grace Kimbrell; and his cousin Tabitha Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, it was Darrell's wish that donations be made to Crosspoint Church-South Crestview Campus for their work in the community.
