He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Theodore, Helen Rathburn, Ernest and Ruby Snyder. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Rathburn and Rosemary Rathburn (Snyder); his wife Tanya Rathburn; his sons, Tyler Javens (Andrea Makay), Troy Javens, Trent Javens (Alexas) and Cory R Rathburn; his grandchildren, Elden Javens and Gracelynn Javens; his siblings, Tim Belfiore (Anita) and Beth Carlotta (Daniel); his nieces, Ashley, Danielle, Amanda and Randi; and his nephew Samuel.
