He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Robert and Gladys Thomas; his former wife Lou Ann Thomas; his daughter Debra Lynn Chambliss; his wife Dorothy Thomas; and his children, Mike Thomas (Denise), Ken Howard, David Howard (Karen), Angela Phillips (Roger), Ray Howard (Kathy) and Carole Okwu (Al). He was also cherished by many many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
