He was predeceased by: his parents, Stevie Kelly and Eva Kelly; his daughters, Leslie Annette Moore and Stephenie Ann Moore; and his brothers, Roy Kelly and Jimmy Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Ann Kelly; his children, Grady Rathel, Gene George and Rita Evonne Gray; his friends, Tommy Givens, Royce Dawson and His; his grandchild James Andrew Moore; and his great grandchildren, Nevaeh and Josephine. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
