He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian Guthrie; and his daughter Sandra Stocks. He is survived by: his daughter Yvonne Cowart; his grandchildren, Gregory Wayne Stocks (Amy), Nicholas Pierce (Kelly) and Kimberly Counts (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Christian Blake Pierce, Nicholas Cade Pierce, Kolby Ethan Davidson, Aleah Dunn, Zachariah James Counts and Penelope Cowart.
