With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Carol Cato of Crestview, Florida, born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on January 6, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wert Collopy and Nelle Collopy; her daughter Shawn Lynn Bartlett; her brother Timothy Collopy; her grandson Alex Royster; and her nephew Jordan Rieser.
She is survived by: her husband Steven Andrew Cato; her daughter Dana Carol Coatney (Michael); her stepchildren, Laura Ann Cato, Dawna Lynn Cato and Steven A. Cato; her sisters, Diane Mohler (Scott), Connie Blake and Donna Rieser (Fred); her grandchildren, Whitley Cato, David Morris, Haley Dixon (Trent), Brittany Cato, Gracie Cato and Andrew Cato; her great grandchildren, Zion Dixon and Zoe Beerman; and her pet Sasha. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws.
