He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Gates; his children, Caren Cadenhead (Scott), Erin, Casey, Stacy Eastwood (Eddie), Hollee, Noah, Johnathan Gates (Jodi), Enoch, Ragan, Michael Gates (Heather), Morgan, Nash, Harper and Joseph Gates (Stacey); and his sister Martha Cosson (Randall).
