He is survived by: his parents, Dean Martin (Pat) of Crestview and Linda Martin of Shalimar; his wife Jessica Pate; his sister Ashley Martin of Ft. Walton Beach; his parents-in-law, Tom and Cheryl Pate of Rowsburg, OH; his brother-in-law Adam Pate of Cleveland, OH; and his nephews, Jacob Martin and Elijah Pate.
