He is survived by: his parents, Larry Harlow and Betty Harlow; his sisters, Cindy Donovan of Niceville and Melissa Rodriguez of Niceville; and his nieces and nephews, Blake Donovan (Ashley) of Choctaw Beach, FL., Breana Rodriguez of Niceville, FL and Justin Rodriguez of Niceville, FL. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
