He was predeceased by: his parents, Hervis Ward and Willie Mae Ward (Lucy). He is survived by: his son Joshua; his daughter-in-law Eden Ward; his grandchildren, Isaac and Gideon Ward; and his brothers, Wayne and Burt Ward (Catherine). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
