He is survived by: his wife Sharon Cummings of Crescent City; his children, Jeremy Wain Cummings (Kimberly) of Orange City, Dawn Renee Emery (Shane) of Deltona and Chad William Cummings of Crescent City; his siblings, Lectra Richards (David) of Marion, OH, Michael Cummings (Mary Lou) of Debary, Karen Elchert (Don) of Delaware, OH, Patricia Brush (Tom) of West Jefferson, OH, Jay Cummings of Orange City, Beatrice Strobridge (Mark) of Bunnell and Christopher Cummings (Linda) of Telford, PA; his grandchildren, Brianna Cummings, Amber Nejjari, Austin Emery, Ethan Emery, Kai Cummings, Caiden Emery, River Cummings, Chloe Cummings, Caleb Kirk and Emmalise Nejjari; and his great grandchild Chase Emery. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
