Sylvester Comer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2020, Sylvester Comer of Crescent City, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Comer and Jessie Comer; his siblings, Zanny of Oliver, J. R., Lila Mae, Kathleen, Hazel, Junella and Norma Jean; and his grandson Levi.
He is survived by: his wife Malinda Comer; his children, Gary (JoDeane), Shella (John Bennett), Karen Stark, Sherri (John Ramirez), Shane (Lena) and Michelle (Robbie Sanders); his grandchildren, Chad (April), Dustin (Suzy), Joe (Stacey), Lacey (JJ), Chris (Becky), Jodi (Allen), Kyle (Reyme), Kayla (Take), Amber (Greg), Justin, Josh (Jennifer), Cody, Chase, Camryn and Layton; and his sisters-in-law, Betty, Doodle, Helen and Rachel. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
The family requests due to COVID19 for attendees to please wear a mask out of consideration to others who may have weakened immune systems.
Flowers are gratefully accepted or the family requests that donations be sent to Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center, 6400 St. Johns Ave., Palatka, FL 32177, whose care for Sylvester was wonderful.
