She was predeceased by: her daughter Donna Monday; her son-in-law Mark McIntyre; and her siblings, Donald, Leo Crews, Vivian Glasgow Gay and Jeanette Hartley.
She is survived by: her husband Clayton A. "Junior" Frank; her children, Clayton A. Frank, Jr., Patricia "Trish" Sauls (Ive) of Lake Como, Sharon Frank of Crescent City and Lelia McIntyre of Belleview; her grandchildren, Harrison Sauls, Ivee Sauls, Skye Sauls, Sandra Hawley (Scott), Tonya Rasnick (Robert), Meghann Fodor (E. J.) and Dustin McIntyre (Kaitlyn); and her great grandchildren, Madison Terry, Harris Sauls, Kaitlyn Belle Sauls, Garhett Thomas, Chloe McIntyre, Genevieve, Bella, Max Hawley, Owen McIntyre and Waylon Rasnick.
Floral memorials are accepted or donations may be made in honor of her memory to Community Hospice, or to a charity of one's choice.
