He is survived by: his wife Lois Geraldine "Gerry" Bolinger; his sons, Tony Bolinger and James; his daughter-in-law Tracy Bolinger; his daughters, Kathy Leighton and Debbie Warren; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Leighton, Toni Lyn Bolinger, Misty Exley and David Robert Bolinger; and his great grandchildren, Keirra Leighton, Nathaniel Leighton and Jason Gilbert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
