She is survived by: her children, William "Wes" Shelton of Palatka and Coty Tetter of Palatka; her brothers, Binion Waters of LaCrosse and David Waters of Tallahassee; and her grandchildren, Blake Shelton, Patience Scott and Payce Tetter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
