She was predeceased by: her father Carl Cumbo. She is survived by: her husband Harold "Rowdy" Smith; her children, Justen Cumbo (Ashley) of Palatka and Michael Smith of Crescent City; her mother Jeanette Cumbo of San Mateo; her siblings, Brant Cumbo (Debbie) of North Carolina, Greg Cumbo of San Mateo, Layne Cumbo (Melody) of Palatka and Diane Lassiter (Stephen) of Alpharetta, GA; and her grandchildren, Logen Cumbo and Jaxsen Cumbo.
