He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alvin, Marjorie Watts, Marie and Bernard 'Brownie' Brown. He is survived by: his mother Debra Watts Thrift; his stepfather James L. Thrift of Crescent City; his father Carl J. Bolay; his stepmother Lena Bolay of Virginia; his brother Nicholas Bolay of Michigan; and his children, Savanah, Caitlyn and Shane Bolay of Ocala.
