He was predeceased by: his child Elana Ross; his parents, Michael Insalaco and Libera Prizzi (Delliquanti); his stepfather Valentino Prizzi; and his sisters, Peggy Licitra (Mario) and Leah Onarti.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lucy Butera, Josephine Darbenzio and Angelina Cencetti; his children, Charleen Insalaco (Bruce), Michael (Rose Mary), Valentino (Sherry) and Keith Insalaco (Rosemary); his grandchildren, John, Erin, Lianne, Gina, Michelle, Tommy of Johnny, K. C., Cory, Brittany and Ross; and his caregiver Evon.
