She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Stone; and her siblings, Jerry Douglas and Susan Adkins. She is survived by: her children, Dale Middleton (Marie), Kenny Middleton and Charlotte Middleton; her siblings, Jimmy Douglas (Sue), Billy Middleton, Ricky Middleton, Ronnie Middleton and Donna Poit (Fenton); her grandchildren, Raymond Middleton, Chase Maedgen, Dalton Davidson, Steven Sellars and Allie Middleton; and her great grandchild Trenton Middleton.
