It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Forman Sr. (Crescent City, Florida), who passed away on April 20, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charlie Forman and Rosa Forman (Hirst); his wife Emma Jean Powell; his children, Joann Forman Morgan and Richard "Pop" Forman; his siblings, Charles, Carrie, Jake, Wilder, Nellie, Annie Mae, Louise, Alice, Isaac and Henry; his children, Rosa Hudson (Paul) of Savannah, GA, Arthur Forman, Jr. and Sharon Rene' Raines (Rodney) of Alpharetta, GA; his grandchildren, Terrance Forman (Cornethia), Lauren Elliott of New Haven, CT and Rachel Raines of Atlanta, GA; his great grandchild Terrance Forman, Jr.; his brother-in-law Elder Theodore Powell (Ruby) of Crestview, FL; and also Addison Carey. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives, god-children and friends.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and the Governor's executive stay-at-home order, the Forman family will conduct a private Homegoing Celebration.
