She is survived by: her father Leo Abraham Wingate of Jacksonville; her children, Stephanie "Tepy" Mullins (Kiana Needham) of Vero Beach, Amber Mullins, Ryan Moore of Palm Coast and Matthew Mullins of Palatka; her daughter-in-law Chelsea Mullins of Palatka; her stepchildren, Dawn Johnson of Hastings and Ronald Mullins of Palatka; her siblings, Donna DeLoach of Orange Park and Windell Wingate of Jacksonville; and her grandchildren, Brysen Mullins, Belle Mullins, Brayden Mullins, Ryleigh Hufnagel and Asher Moore. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
