He is survived by: his children, Dale Middleton (Marie) of Seville, Kenny Middleton of Crescent City and Charlotte Middleton of Pomona Park; his grandsons, Raymond Middleton and Steven Sellars; and his great grandchildren, Trenton Middleton and Allie Middleton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that those that attend to please adhere to Covid-19 guidelines of wearing face masks and social distancing for everyone's protection.
In lieu of flowers he requested donations be made to Pilgrim Congregational Church, 103 Church Street, Pomona Park, Florida Avenue, New Mount Tamo Baptist Church 33 North Railroad Avenue, Pomona Park, Florida or to the First Baptist Church of Pomona Park, 112 Holly Avenue, Pomona Park, Florida 32181.
