He is survived by: his wife Melody Howard; his children, Tony, LeaDon, William Frederick and Michael Henry; and his siblings, Mark Anthony, James, Bobby, Michael Jon, Rusty and Kermit. He is also survived by many grandchildren & great grandchildren.
