He is survived by: his significant other Dana Escorpizo; his father Manuel; his brothers, PeeWee Escorpizo and Daniel (Casanova); his caregiver Joey Norris; his sisters, Angelina Escorpizo, Paige Osborne and Liz Villarreal (Rick); his daughters, Angel Marlow (Andrew) and Renee Perez (Daniel); and his grandchildren, Emma (LP), Jason (Rocky), Layton (Hero) and Everleigh.

In lieu of flowers, Frogg requested that donations to be made to Mayo Cancer Center to help in finding a cure for this horrible disease.
