She was predeceased by: her parents, Alsey Smith and Mary Smith; and her brother James Smith. She is survived by: her husband Warren E. Hagan, MD of Florida; her children, Keith Posey (Kerri) of Crawfordville, Chad Posey (Erin) of Tampa and Haley Posey (Laura) of Crawfordville; her stepchildren, Jason Hagan (Erica) of Tampa, Ashley Binder (Lawrence), Hagan-Pink (Perry) of London and John Hagan, IV of Washington, DC; her grandchildren, Devon, Cody Posey of Crawfordville, Connor, Camryn, Clare Posey of Tampa, Taylor, Madison and Payton Spell of Crawfordville; her stepgrandchildren, Law, Sterling Binder of Tallahassee and Lane Pink of London, England; her siblings, Michael Smith of Crawfordville, Patti Davis of Crawfordville and Tina Langston (Daryl) of Sopchoppy; her friend Debbie McKnight of Marianna, Florida.; her close friend Tanner Eugene Hagan; and her pet Rennie. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
