He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Levan and Jewell E. Levan (Tope); and his sister Deborah Gustafson. He is survived by: his daughter Anissa Falmier (Max) of Goreville, IL; his grandchildren, Rawley and Brooks Falmier; his sister Gayla Bradley (Mark) of Steeleville, IL; his brother-in-law Carl Gustafson of Lockport, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Eric Gustafson (Molley), Shaun Gustafson, Andrea Westerfield (Charlie) and Chelsea Maddox (Chad). He is also survived by several great nieces and a great nephew.
