He is survived by: his wife Loyce Pennington Vause; his mother Pearl Oliver Vause; his children, Cynthia Ann Vause, Philip Oliver Vause Jr. (Robin) and Shane Eric Vause (Kim); and his grandchildren, Philip Oliver Vause III, Mitchell Andrew Vause, Taylor Marie Lawhon, Cajah Alan Vause, Trenton Wayne Lawhon and Remie Shane Vause.
