She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Charles T. Kemp; her children, Debra Kemp Gibbs (Barry) and Larry C. Kemp (Marie); her grandchildren, Robby Kemp (Aja), Kyle C. Johnson (Amy), Dakota Kemp (Casey), Cheyanne Ash (Cason) and Ashley Kemp; and her brother Frank L. Lacy. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
