He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Annette Malphurs and CJ Malphurs; and his brother Kenneth Malphurs. He is survived by: his wife Tina Malphurs; his children, Rick Malphurs (Mary-Kathryn Malphurs), Christina Joyner (Eric Joyner) and Sara Malphurs; and his grandchildren, Nate Malphurs, Hannah Joyner, Madison Malphurs, Rylynn Reid, Hayden Joyner and Tallulah-Mae Malphurs. He is also survived by uncle, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
