She is survived by: her parents, Dale Phelps and Jeannie Phelps; her husband Bobby Wells; her sons, Cole Wells (Laura) and Chase Wells (Jessica); her mother-in-law Sue Johns; her sisters, Kelly Wells (David) and Kandi Maynard (Will); and her grandchildren, Roedy, Bowen, Charley, Barrett and Crew.
In Lieu of floral arrangements, Karen's family has requested that contributions be made to the Wakulla Rotary Club for "Project Delightful" in her memory.
