She was predeceased by: her son Donald Curtis Finch; her siblings, Harriet Howard and Harry Imlay; and her parents, Harry Imlay and Leota Imlay.
She is survived by: her husband Luther "Luke" Allen Frazier; her children, Melanie K. Roberts (Doug), James Alan Finch (Johnna), Dyann Carr (Greg) and Julie Frazier; her brothers-in-law, Phil Frazier (Leta) and Samuel Frazier (Barb); and her close friends, Mike, Colleen Crum, Don, Jean Piplack and Nina McLeod. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
Joyce was an avid reader, a true, dedicated servant of the Lord and was active in the community for nine years as a Volunteer Coordinator for Respite Care with the Alzheimer's Project.
