He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy Waters; his parents, John Madison Waters Sr. and Delois Waters; his children, Jeannie West (Michael Rose), Johnny Waters and Jimmy Waters (Pamela Evans); his siblings, Judy Waters (Sally), Linda Waters-Funk (John) and Michael Waters (Christina); his grandchildren, Kyleigh, Brianna "Cas", Kayla, Stormey, Melissa, Kristin, Mandy and Kinlee; and his great grandchildren, Jace and Brooklyn.
