He is survived by: his wife Sandra Harper Welch; his children, Tonia Welch, Tommy Welch, Donna, Todd Welch and Jessica; his sisters, Elnita Burke, Lynda Shannon, Faye Buckhanan, Kaye Mahar and Sue Brower; his grandchildren, Jamey, Courtney, Dusty, Lindsey, Tanner and Dylan; and his great grandchildren, Layden, Scarlett, Lane and Tucker. He is also survived by many cousins, family and friends.
