He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Jacobsen; his children, Toni Jacobsen, Jamie Jacobsen and Lisa Kemmer (Steve Kemmer); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Kacy and Anna Kate; his great grandchildren, Khloe and Tessa; his brothers, Sanne Jacobsen, George Graham and Mark Graham; and his friend March.
