He is survived by: his wife Tammie Cardin; his parents, Jack Cardin and Shirley Cardin; and his children, Bradley Cardin, Ashley Cardin, Amber Cardin, his sisters Theresa Cardin, Stephanie Barger (Josh), Donna Graham, Misty Cardin, Sherry Callaway , Danita Dyer-Adams and brother Anthony (Tony) Dyer. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
