It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Kathleen Johnson of Crawfordville, Florida, born in Live Oak, Florida, who passed away on August 20, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Johnson and Doris E. Johnson; and her grandson Jordan Wayne Maddox. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristy Maddox (Jeff) and Hayley Gowdy (Jake); her grandchildren, Shelby Gowdy, Raelyn Gowdy and Kane Gowdy; her sisters, Carolyn Scarabin (Johnny) and Peggy Shiver; her niece Carrie Young (Steve); and her nephew Brent Scarabin (Erin).
