He is survived by: his wife Chrissy Lee Boutin; his children, Jared Larson (Shannon), Stephanie Larson Mainer (Ricky) and Taylor Boutin; his grandchildren, Tyler Larson, Phillip Leslie, Jackson Larson, Nevaeh Michelle Williams and Naomie Grace Williams; his great grandchild Eliza Larson; and his siblings, Hilden Jean Boutin, Jr., Claude Martin Boutin, Dale Patrick Boutin (Linda), Anthony Joseph Boutin, Lynn Mark Boutin (Melba), Marcel Antoine Boutin (Sheryl), Terry James Boutin (Sue), Chad Paul Boutin and Mona Lee Boutin Voorhies (Eddie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
