He was predeceased by: his former wife Regina Shields. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his parents, Bobby Shields and Ellen Shields; his sons, Keith Shields (Kymberlee), Michael Shields and Bryan Shields (Mara); his siblings, Gary Shields (Joy) and Connie Shields; and his grandchildren, Cullen, Kaylynn, Emma, Sarah, Kane, Brayden, Hadley, Kate and Elijah.
