He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Gaskins and Goldie Gaskins; and his brother John Wesley Gaskins. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Crye-Crews; his stepchildren, Kevin Crews (Linda) and Lisa Crews-Blowers (Chris); his grandson Kevin Blowers; and his brother George Gaskins. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
